X Icon Changer is a free and useful app that allows you to easily customize and personalize app icons and names. With a wide variety of options, including icons from your gallery, other apps, and personalized icon packs, you can easily create a unique look for your Android phone.

The process is simple:

<ol>
 <li>Open X Icon Changer.</li>
 <li>Select the app you want to customize.</li>
 <li>Choose a new icon from the available options, such as built-in icon packs, your gallery, or third-party icon packs.</li>
 <li>Edit the app's name (optional).</li>
 <li>Go to your home screen to see the new shortcut icon.</li>
 <li>Add a GIF animation to make the new app icon launch more interesting.</li>
</ol>

For Android 8.0 and above, there is an automatic watermark added to shortcut icons. However, we provide a solution to remove watermarks using widget technology:

<ol>
 <li>On your home screen, long press a blank space and select "Widgets" from the pop-up menu.</li>
 <li>Find the "X Icon Changer" widget and drag it to your desktop.</li>
 <li>The X Icon Changer widget will open automatically, allowing you to change app icons without any watermarks.</li>
</ol>
